Build With ARK was founded by Alvin Y. Tanoko who grew up in an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) family and has been involved in the industry since a very young age. Growing up, Alvin often visited urban, rural, & remote sites with his Dad, who is an engineer.
Alvin now holds an architectural degree from one of the best architecture schools in the country and was trained in Architecture, Project Management, and Building Science fields. He is also a LEEP AP certified professional (an advanced professional credential signifying expertise in green building and a LEED rating system).
Alvin has extensive professional experience in the AEC industry. He was an Associate Candidate & Project Manager in a large-size architecture company that specializes in residential & commercial development across the province. Alvin deals daily with clients from large corporations to private owners.
In 2022, he started Build With ARK to bring his best skills and qualities to the industry and is passionate about helping both home and business owners have their vision come to life.
