We were referred to ‘Build with Ark’ by our neighbours and we are so grateful! Our bedrooms, hallway, and stairs really needed a facelift. They replaced old carpet, popcorn ceiling, doors and frames, baseboards, and all the hardware. Basically the whole upstairs was redone top to bottom During this project, they also did additional minor touchups In other areas of our home, Even some landscaping. Every week we received updates as to the status of the project, what was completed this week and what would be done the following week. The team was very punctual, always arriving and leaving at the time they said they would. The team was very efficient and hard-working. They were trustworthy and everything was done professionally We will definitely use their services again in the future. In fact, we’ve already given out their name to a couple of family members. Alvin and his team did an a really good job in managing my condo repaint and repairs. Previously, my bathroom walls and main bedroom bulkhead had stains and paint bubbles due to condensation and humidity. With their expertise on home and condo construction, they did a thorough inspection and discover that there is mold and stains on the pipe inside the bulkhead. Alvin communicated the issue with me and provided solutions on how to solve the problem for a long-term basis, including taking the initiative to talk with the condo management on the work that needs to be done. I am satisfied with the services provided by Build With Ark. Alvin communicates clearly and patiently throughout the entire project, and the paint job is also super neat and clean! It matches exactly with the existing paint colour. The team also took a great care of my personal belongings as they were working with paint. After being disappointed with our potential previous contractors, we were referred to Build with ARK by our friends, and I’m really glad we went with them. They were able to take on our project on such short notice and still managed to deliver everything on time. I really appreciated their great communication — they gave us daily updates, were always quick to respond, and made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. They suggested practical solutions that fit our budget, and even advised what we could hold off on until a later phase. They were also very accommodating with our situation (we were in between selling and buying, and I had nowhere to sleep). They somehow made it possible for me to still stay at the house while construction (after demo, flooring was installed and have a functioning bathrooms) was going on, which I really appreciated.
